FULL SERVICE

At SwissMade, our Full Service is designed to restore your timepiece to peak performance and longevity. Our expert watchmakers meticulously disassemble, clean, lubricate, and regulate every movement, ensuring precision and reliability with genuine manufacturer parts and Swiss-standard craftsmanship.  Every timepiece we service is backed by a comprehensive 2-year warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and longevity.

YOU'RE IN SAFE HANDS

At SwissMade, we believe every timepiece deserves the same meticulous care and attention to detail that went into its creation. A full watch service is the most comprehensive way to preserve the precision, reliability, and value of your watch – ensuring it performs flawlessly for decades to come.

Why a Full Watch Service is Essential?

Mechanical and quartz watches are made up of hundreds of tiny components, working in perfect harmony. Over time, oils dry out, parts experience natural wear, and even the smallest speck of dust can affect performance. Without regular maintenance, this can lead to reduced accuracy, water-resistance issues, or costly damage to the movement.

Our brand-certified watchmakers carefully disassemble the watch, ultrasonically clean all components, replace worn parts, re-lubricate the movement, and rigorously test it for precision and water resistance.

This level of attention ensures not only accuracy and reliability, but also helps to protect the long-term value of your investment.

How Often Should a Watch Be Serviced?

Most luxury watch brands recommend a full service every 3 to 5 years, though this can vary depending on your watch, how often it is worn, and the conditions it is exposed to. If you notice your watch is losing time, running fast, or showing signs of condensation or reduced power reserve, it may require servicing sooner.
