Expert care for your timepiece in 6 simple steps
1. Free Collection & Insurance
Request your free postage pack online. Your watch is fully insured up to £25,000 from the moment it leaves your hands. Track your timepiece every step through our secure online portal.
2. Professional Assessment
Our watchmakers photograph, time, and assess your watch within 48 hours of arrival. You'll receive a detailed estimate explaining all recommended work - we only proceed with your approval.
3. Movement Service
Your movement is completely disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and inspected under magnification. Worn components are replaced with genuine manufacturer parts, then reassembled with fresh lubricants.
4. Case & Bracelet
Case and bracelet undergo ultrasonic cleaning. Gaskets are replaced, and the movement is refitted with correct torque settings. New crystal fitted if required.
5. Testing & Regulation
Your watch is timed on our electronic machines, tested for water resistance where applicable, and automatic movements run on our 24-hour winding machines for extended verification.
6. Return & Warranty
After final quality control, your watch is returned via insured courier. Every full service is backed by our comprehensive 2-year warranty.
