Battery Replacement is £50 (same day), Basic Maintenance from £80, Full Service from £175, and Refurbish & Polish from £150. Vintage Restoration is priced on application. After receiving your watch via free insured postage, our head watchmaker provides a detailed written diagnostic report and estimate for your approval before any work begins - no surprises or hidden fees.

Yes, we can service many Rolex models. Our watchmakers have the expertise and tools to service common Rolex watches. However, we're not a Rolex-certified service centre. For brands we are officially accredited for (Omega, TAG Heuer, Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Ebel, Fortis), we guarantee genuine parts but regardless all Full Services, including Rolex, come with our comprehensive 2-year warranty.

Full Service (from £175, 2-year warranty) includes complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of ALL worn or damaged parts with genuine manufacturer parts, lubrication, regulation, water resistance testing, and 7-day quality control. Best for watches not serviced in 3+ years or with performance issues. Basic Maintenance (from £80, 1-year warranty) includes disassembly, cleaning, replacement of perishable parts only (gaskets/seals), lubrication, and regulation. Best for regularly serviced watches in good working condition.

Yes - we specialise in vintage watch restoration, successfully restoring timepieces dating back to the early 1900s. We take a conservation-first approach, preserving original character rather than over-restoring. Services include movement overhaul, dial restoration, hand replacement, crystal replacement, and sourcing rare parts. Timeline is 6-10 weeks (longer for rare parts), pricing is on application, and warranty is 2 years.
