FORTIS BATTERY REPLACEMENT
From £50
It is recommended that you replace the battery in your Fortis every 18-24 months. Walk-ins are welcome at our Hatton Garden workshop Monday to Friday, and we also accept cash payments for this convenient service. Each battery replacement includes a 1-year warranty on battery life.
FORTIS BASIC MAINTENANCE
From £100
Our skilled Fortis-certified watchmakers disassemble, clean, and inspect each component and replace the battery, basic components and perishables with genuine manufacturer parts. Basic Maintenance is backed by a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering workmanship and parts fitted.

Our restoration service includes condition assessment with photography, preservation of original characteristics and patina, genuine Fortis parts where replacements are needed, and expert restoration that maintains authenticity and collector value. Request your free postage pack online. Your Fortis is fully insured up to £25,000 from the moment it leaves your hands. Track your watch every step of the way through our secure online portal.
4. Case & Bracelet Restoration
Professional refinishing removes scratches and wear marks while preserving your watch's character. Gaskets and seals are replaced to restore water resistance to original factory specifications.
2. Diagnostics & Estimate
Our expert watchmakers conduct a comprehensive inspection of your Fortis within 48 hours of arrival. You'll receive a detailed written estimate with no obligation - we only proceed with your approval.
5. Testing & Quality Control
Every Fortis undergoes rigorous testing: timing accuracy to COSC standards (-4/+6 seconds per day), water resistance pressure testing, and a 7-day quality control period before release.
3. Movement
Overhaul
Your Fortis movement is completely disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and inspected. Worn components are replaced exclusively with genuine Fortis parts, then reassembled with manufacturer-specified lubricants.
6. Insured Return & Warranty
Your restored Fortis is returned via fully insured courier. Every full service is backed by our comprehensive 2-year warranty covering accuracy, water resistance, and all workmanship.
