WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT
SwissMade offers professional watch battery replacement from our Hatton Garden workshop in London, with same-day service for most watches. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday. For the brands we are accredited for, we do not offer a battery-only replacement: those watches are taken through our basic maintenance, which replaces the battery along with the seals and gaskets and is the minimum we will do as an official service centre.

A battery replacement might seem straightforward, but the wrong tools can mark a case back or damage a movement. At SwissMade, certified watchmakers have replaced batteries from our Hatton Garden workshop since 1985, using the correct case opener for each watch and fitting a cell of the right type and grade.
Same-day battery replacement is for the brands we are not accredited for. For accredited brands, a basic maintenance is the minimum service we offer, because a new battery alone does not renew the seals a quartz watch relies on. It replaces the battery and all perishable seals and gaskets, checks accuracy on a quartz analyser and comes with a 1-year warranty.
Walk in Monday to Friday and most watches are ready the same day, or post your watch to us with a free insured return pack.
