Request your free postage pack online, or visit our Hatton Garden workshop. Postal watches are fully insured up to £25,000 from the moment they leave your hands.
2. Professional Assessment
Your watch is logged, photographed, and assessed by our watchmakers. We check the movement type, gasket condition, and water resistance requirements.
3. Battery Replacment
Movement is carefully removed, the old cell extracted, contacts cleaned, and a new premium battery fitted. Electronics are tested on our quartz analyser.
4. Ultrasonic Cleaning
Case and bracelet are cleaned in our ultrasonic tank using non-corrosive solution, then vacuum dried to remove all residue.
5. Resealing & Testing
Fresh gaskets are fitted where needed, the case is properly resealed, and water-resistant models undergo pressure testing to manufacturer specifications.
6. Insured Return & Warranty
Your watch is returned via insured courier or ready for collection. Every battery replacement is backed by our 1-year warranty.
