Sending your watch in six steps
Complete the short form and we post you a free return pack the same day if you order before 2pm. Inside is a foam-lined protective case, a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery bag and a printed instruction sheet. Seat your watch in the case, seal it in the bag and hand it in at any Post Office, or book a collection from home.
Your watch is insured up to £25,000 from the moment it leaves your hands until it is back on your wrist. Postage costs you nothing in either direction.

What happens in the workshop
Diagnostic and estimate
Your watch is booked in, photographed and timed on the day it arrives. A watchmaker then opens the case and inspects the movement, dial, hands, gaskets and case under magnification.
Within 48 hours you receive a written estimate listing the work we recommend, anything optional, the price of each item and the turnaround. Nothing starts until you approve it. If you decide not to go ahead, a £30 Return Undone Fee covers the inspection, admin and insured return postage, and the watch comes back to you unserviced.

Detailed tracking
Once approved, your watch moves through the workshop in stages: disassembly, cleaning, parts, reassembly, timing and water resistance testing. Each stage is logged on the SwissMade Repair Hub as it is completed, so you can check progress at any time.
When testing is finished we send a final report, then dispatch the watch by insured next-day courier at a time that suits you. Full services carry a 2-year warranty, basic maintenance and batteries a 1-year warranty.
