2. Professional Assessment
Our craftsmen photograph and assess your watch's condition within 48 hours of arrival. You'll receive a detailed estimate explaining what work is recommended - we only proceed with your approval.
3. Disassembly
Case and bracelet are carefully separated. Individual bracelet links are removed where necessary for thorough refinishing. All components are catalogued and protected.
4. Refinishing
Polished surfaces are restored to mirror finish, brushed areas re-grained to match original patterns. Edges and lugs are carefully preserved to maintain the watch's proportions.
5. Cleaning & Reassembly
All components undergo ultrasonic cleaning, followed by careful reassembly. New gaskets are fitted for water-resistant models to ensure integrity.
6. Quality Control & Return
