Our expert watchmakers meticulously disassemble key components, clean, lubricate, and regulate every movement and ensure all perishables are replaced with genuine manufacturer parts and Swiss-standard craftsmanship.

A basic maintenance service keeps your watch running smoothly between full services, protecting its accuracy and extending its lifespan. Our expert watchmakers meticulously disassemble key components, clean and lubricate the movement, and regulate performance to Swiss standards. Perishable parts such as gaskets and seals are replaced with genuine manufacturer components to maintain water resistance and reliability.
Most watches benefit from basic maintenance every 2–3 years, depending on use. This proactive care prevents minor issues from developing into major repairs, ensuring your timepiece continues to perform with the precision and craftsmanship it was built to deliver.
Operating from our purpose-built secure service centre in Hatton Garden, London, our workshop only ever uses the manufacturers genuine and approved spare parts, specialist tools and equipment.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Remove the movement from case.

Replace all perishable items.

Check consumption and accuracy of the movement on a quartz analyser.

Clean the case or case/bracelet in an ultrasonic tank.
ENSURING LONGEVITIY

Air vacuum the case to remove any residue.

Timepiece checked in special apparatus for water resistance.*

Test watch once again on timing machine for accuracy.

Finally inspect after 48 hours.
