Request your free postage pack online. Your watch is fully insured up to £25,000 from the moment it leaves your hands. Track your timepiece every step through our secure online portal.
2. Professional Assessment
Our watchmakers examine your watch within 48 hours of arrival, checking movement condition, gasket wear, and overall health. You'll receive a detailed estimate - we only proceed with your approval.
3. Movement Service
The movement is removed and inspected. Key components are cleaned, a new battery fitted, and accuracy regulated on our electronic equipment to Swiss standards.
4. Case & Cleaning
Case and bracelet undergo ultrasonic cleaning in professional solution. All surfaces are dried and vacuum-cleaned to remove residue.
5. Resealing & Testing
Fresh gaskets are fitted, the watch is reassembled with correct torque, and water-resistant models undergo pressure testing to verify their ratings.
6. Return & Warranty
After 48-hour accuracy verification, your watch is returned via insured courier. Every maintenance service is backed by our 1-year warranty.
