1. Order Free Insured Return Pack

Click here to receive a free fully insured (up to £25,000) return package. Once received pack your timepiece and return securely to us with the returns label provided.

2. Watch Diagnostics & Estimate

Our fully qualified watchmakers will run a full diagnostic of your watch and provide a detailed estimate of all works required.

3. Approve & Track Progress

Once works are approved your watch will be assigned to one of our brand certified watchmakers who'll update you with progress every step of the way.

4. Final Testing & Secure Return

Once repairs and full testing are complete we'll securely dispatch your revived timepiece to you via secure, insured next day delivery.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

It is recommended that you replace the battery in your luxury watch every 18-24 months. Our watch battery replacements are completed on the same day.
