Full Service

Battery change, new gaskets, ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet, checking of water-resistance.  Complete movement cleaning, overhaul, replacement of worn movement parts, oiling adjusting and regulating.

Each full service is guaranteed for a period of one year, including timing adjustments for mechanical watches

Basic Maintenance

Battery change (where applicable), new gaskets, ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet, checking of water-resistance

Refinishing

Complete refinishing of the watch case and bracelet or buckle.

Maintenance guidelines

The basic maintenance is compulsory every 2 years to maintain the validity of the 5 years warranty for watches purchased prior April 1^st2003.  For watches purchased after this date the service interval is only advisory.

Parts Repairs

The fee for Basic maintenance is applied to all works that necessitate the opening of the watch case.  Crowns, pushers or other case and/or bracelet parts are billed separately.
