We recommend you send your watch with a covering letter to us via special delivery, it is a signed for service and will be with us the following day, We shall then book the watch onto our system and send out an acknowledgement letter followed by if required an estimate.
For customers in Central London we offer a unique service to Ebel end users/owners a free fully insured collection service.
